Fascinating fact about the BEFORE AND AFTER photo above. The exact same amount of water is in the hair in both photos. Shampoo… lightly towel dry. You can see that my client Elisa was struggling with the illusion of frizzy ends with no resilient curls.

Very tricky and it must be done right, so of course Erin decided to allow me to introduce a yummy new highlight and lowlight on top of her rich bed of delicious chocolate brown hair. With a 6am Saturday morning appointment, she put all of her heavy lifting in the decision making department into my capable hands.
Highlights for brown hair, are a great way to go if you don’t want a drastic change in your hair color. With a few well-placed highlights, you can turn a simple hairstyle into a stunning piece of work. They are also a great option if you want to hide a few stray grays. When it comes to highlights for brown hair, there are several ways to look at it.

For those of you who have brown hair, you will know that it is a great shade to have in its natural form. Brown has several shades to it and with Erin’s skin tones it wasn’t difficult for me to determine what kind of highlights for brown hair would best suit her.Erin still wanted to achieve a natural look, so the best highlights for her brown hair would be other shades of brown in dark and light. Similar to all shades of coffee.

Two words that can stimulate a spending spree by both sexes has to be the selling promise.. “anti-aging”. Robin’s new trio-blond color
A NEW HOLDAY BLOND!! sexy shades of butter and honey
After erasing this past Summer and Spring’s TOO MUCH blond, Robin richened and darkened her hair and took a two month hiatus from her signature lightness. She embrassed her Autumn Brunette-ness took a break from the highlift color and/or bleach and gave her hair a little well deserved quietude. Today, however she was ready, eager and prepared to be BLOND again. This time, she wanted a multitude of the famous funcolor’s shades.
